📜 Official Rules

  1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to all legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  2. Duration: The "24 Days of Festive Giveaways" runs from December 1, 2024, to December 24, 2024. Each daily giveaway begins at 12:00 AM MST and ends at 11:59 PM MST.

  3. How to Enter:

    • Follow @A_SPACE_FOR_EVERYONE on Instagram

    • Like the daily giveaway post

    • Comment on the post and tag a friend

    • For bonus entries, follow our featured partners' Instagram accounts

  4. Winner Selection: One winner will be randomly selected each day from all eligible entries. Winners will be announced on our Instagram story within 24 hours of each daily giveaway closing.

  5. Prizes: Prizes vary daily and are provided by A Space for Everyone tenants and partners. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  6. Notification: Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.

  7. Publicity: By participating, entrants agree to allow A Space for Everyone to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

  8. Limitations: One entry per person per daily giveaway. Employees of A Space for Everyone and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

  9. General Conditions: A Space for Everyone reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.

  10. Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to A Space for Everyone's privacy policy.

  11. Winner List: Winners will be announced on our Instagram story within 24 hours of each daily giveaway closing. To claim their prize, winners must send a direct message to @A_SPACE_FOR_EVERYONE on Instagram within 48 hours of the announcement. Failure to claim the prize within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
